Faulty hp touchsmart 19" all in one touch screen pc *

Faulty hp touchsmart 19" all in one touch screen pc, this boots up as you can hear the hard drive but will not display anything, when you press the screen you can hear beeps so i believe it could be a graphics problem? could be an easy fix or could just use touchscreen on another pc? 110 ono or swap for a phone or what have you?
