HP laptop "wide screen" with intel processor and windows XP home *

HP pavillion DV1000 Laptop with intel processor "wide screen" with original windows XP operating system. bought in 2005 so it is quite an old laptop now however im sure this would suit maybe a student that is looking for something cheap and cheerfull, for word processing and internet or someone looking for a cheap basic computer. has been reformatted and works fine. i think it needs a new battery but it does work fine when plugged into mains with the adapter. adapter does work altho the wire was a little loose so has been secured using electrical tape as shown in pic "new battery or cable cant be that expensive since its an old version". outer casing has a few marks and scratches and the hinge covers are missing but works fine "remember this is quite an old laptop and has been used alot altho looked after it does show slight wear and tear" all original manuals and dics are included, all recovery dics and orignal windows xp disc included. also includes microsoft works suit 2005 including word and money. i have added mor memory to this laptop since purchasing. ideal for someone wanting a basic laptop.
