Acer aspire 4920g as faulty *

Hi It is acer aspire 4920 1 gb ram 160 gb hard drive web cam it was running windows 7 Its freezing when your turn on it. it doesnt have dvd writer lid. as faulty all part is working nicely. it does not have battery and charger THANKS
