The Ricoh 1232C incorporates a 21.5 x 8.5cm high-resolution touchscreen. There are also a multitude of normal buttons on the unit as well, far more than either the similar Canon or Fuji Xerox units. In fact there are too many to list here. The majority of them actually assist the user in accessing shortcuts to devices and functions that on some of the other units are quite difficult to get to. There are four paper trays that are fully configurable for paper stock up to A3 in size. The scanner/photocopy bed will also handle A3 documents. Network configuration is straightforward--simply press the User Tools/Counter button and then selecting system settings, then the interface settings tab you can enter all your relevant TCP/IP settings there.
